@MojangSupport I'm having a weird issue where on my Xbox One, I can connect to any world I please, but no one can connect to my worlds. My NAT type is open, my rep is great, my connection is great, and Microsoft said to ask you guys what's going on. A bit of help, please?

This is EXTREMELY unhelpful. I have looked into the forums and no one answered my thread. I want to speak to someone about this, not post to some forums that no one has helped me on.

You guys actually don’t have a tech support service. This is for mostly accounts and billing. The nice rep there let me know. Why don’t you guys have an actual tech support service?
