I need help getting my old minecraft account! i forgot my usename so i cant migrate my account. I sent a email but im afraid it will take weeks to go back and forth through email due to time zones, do you guys have any plans for live support?
I have, I am waiting eagerly for a reply but remain pessimistic because it states on the website your folks are still working on emails from the 15th and I sent mine on the 21 :'c, Do you think in the future the company will have live support?
