@MojangSupport I have a family member who purchased a Nintendo Switch Online subscription, yet Minecraft (this game only) keeps acting like they don’t have a subscription and can’t play online?

Are you using a Microsoft account for the online connection? Please make sure that it has no online restriction settings ^AH
