I'm really disappointed @MojangSupport. All of my child's data is gone from our Xbox, for no reason! The first game and only game this girl gets into, and all of her hard work and efforts are gone...why?

I'm in reluctant agreement with you, and it saddens me. I get that updates come with bugs and break things sometimes, but entire worlds being deleted, even off of the Xbox cloud save? I'm afraid to see what's lost on my own profile. 😒
