@MojangSupport I'm trying to claim my copy of Minecraft for Windows 10 and it's stating that the code has already been redeemed, however I don't appear to have access to it in the Windows 10 Store.

We've had a few reports of this issue, try redeeming the code directly in the Microsoft app support.microsoft.com/en-us/… ^AH
