@MojangSupport How long does it take to receive account help? I sent a customer ticket on August 7th, 2018. It's almost an entire month since the initial e-mail. What do we need to do to get help!?

If you sent in a message on August 7th you should have received a reply by now. We would need a case number to investigate ^PS
