@MojangSupport hello. A friend of mine had a connection issue while playing in my realm. Now his player is online while he's not, so he cannot join/disconnect anymore. Tips? It's a non-java realm.

Try removing the invited player and then re-adding them again. After this, attempt to connect. ^PS

You can't kick/remove a player from a Realm. I had to reload a backup, so the server could restart and forcely disconnect the player. Thanks for your support.
