A stupid question. why can i not access my settings. And also why does my minecraft crash when in settings.

Please can you try and find this bug as i have reported this bug but nothing yet. every time i save and exit game it doesn’t save the game progress.

I’ve spoken to Microsoft about Minecraft (bedrock edition) they said to get in contact with you about this bug. Please try sort it out, everything is not saving progress when entering the nether/ exiting the nether. I think its a nether bug.
