Mojang, I have a problem. I used my money to pay for Minecraft, and it had deleted as I “needed to fill in my billing information. I do not know whether I was scammed by Mojang, or Apple. I am out of options, please HELP!

Be aware of this comapny, I have lost both of my accounts to account migration and they are not helping. Its been 5 months for the first account and the second one happened today. I feel scammed. Theres a total lack of customer support.
