@MojangSupport Hey fellas need support on my Realms server. Tried to Restore to a previous backup version, it times out, and then starts creating MASS BACKUPS EVERY SECOND that threaten to push my good restore off the backup queue entirely. This is a map with 1000s of man hours.

Your site indicates "We're currently replying to cases received on August 13." I seriously hope you don't intend to charge me for a service I can expect to wait 2 weeks for assistance with. That said, my ticket has been submitted and I hope to hear back soon.

Okay, today I was charged, normal price, and my server still has not been restored and is essentially a useless service. I'd like to point out that I bought three (3) Premium accts during early development and virtually none of Notch's weasel promises came to pass. Read my mind.
