@MojangSupport I am having trouble connecting to my friends realm. Some are able to connect and others cannot. Is there any help or guide you can point us to that can help us with this situation?

Please check if everyone is using the latest version of the game; check your firewall/ antivirus and use the default launcher. ^RR
