@MojangSupport Hi, my son bought Minecraft on windows 10 and has now downloaded the java launcher but is only able to play a demo. does he really need to buy Minecraft Java edition too? Thank you.

Hi. If you have purchased an edition of Minecraft but would like to play another, you would need to purchase it separately. ^RR
