@MojangSupport can a live person please get back to me I’m having a problem with my realms and have been for a week now and I’ve already sent a email and a second today and NOBODY gets back to me I’m paying for this realm and it should be working!!! Not happy!

Your customer service is an absolute joke at this rate your going to get another month subscription out of me for a half working realm... will not be recommending to people.
