Are you using that version in the launcher? Can they be updated to 1.13? Please make sure you have the latest Java^AH

Alright so, i still am unable to do minecraft, the launcher is in its latest setting and my java is at its latest setting as well, sorry for the late response, very late, cuz i was talking about this issue on a discord minecraft server with a few others.
