@MojangSupport do you normally just change account emails and passwords without verifiying that the person owns the account? If so I can get a new account for a friend as you have done this to him. Thanks

im sorry but according to that you are two weeks bedind in replying to support tickets. Do you really have that many to reply to or do you just not really care about your community?

Your customer service is a complete joke. You seem to support the fact that accounts get hacked and don't do anything about it. Also I see my last response has been ignore good to know you don't care about your community just putting more money into your pockets

Any person with a bit of common sense and brain function can look at the link I sent a few replies ago and see that the 6 accounts have been hacked. Obviously you just ignored it or again don't really care therefore supporting account hacking. Good work @mojang
