@MojangSupport do you normally just change account emails and passwords without verifiying that the person owns the account? If so I can get a new account for a friend as you have done this to him. Thanks

Well he is unable to get onto his account because the email and password has been changed and because we have been playing Minecraft for a long time is unable to find the transaction ID so how you are able to verify that this other person owns the account is absurd

also we can verify that his account has been hacked all the proof you can find here pastebin.com/s8khkCmX. His name has been changed and skin has been changed along with 5 other accounts to a variation of the username TruePVPz so i still have issues believing the you verify.
