@MojangSupport We've been shutout from Realms for 5 days with a message saying, "World is in operation CLOSE since 2018-08-08T00:54:23.996Z (PT27H45M49.9575) - 500". We've sent you an email, reported it in the bug tracker, and still waiting for a response or a fix
