If the purchase was not registered,contact the Xbox support if an Xbox account was used, else the appstore support^AH

He wasn't able to login into Xbox live so stop bringing up @XboxSupport because they were bought on your store. All he wants is his maps and texture packs back just Figure out how to get it to unlock or email me to some how get them back. If you need my email reply asking for it.
