@MojangSupport having issues with minecraft realms, tried sending an email through mojang support ( help.mojang.com/customer/por… ), but when id send the email it would just say connection to the server was reset while the page was loading. Please inform the website owners of problem

yes, it wasnt an issue with connection, it was an issue with realms itself, the data isnt saving properly for anyone making work we do get deleted. i tried emailing as i didnt see support for the issue, and it wouldnt send an email

ive tried that, and that didnt help, so i clicked the contact customer support at the bottom and it wouldnt send my email

twitter is the only way i know of that seems to be working, in terms of contacting mojang support
