@Mojangsupport @MojangStatus I have a purchased copy of Minecraft but only demo is now available on my Comp when I log in. Can't find MC in my account any more but I have purchase receipt still?? Help please!

Have seen this page, non of these are the problem. Have put a support ticket in but no response. :(
