@MojangSupport another person has already redeemed the code which I have for Windows 10 edition of @Minecraft and I have to wait 7 days to even hear back from support? Bit of a joke really.

I sent my support request 4 days ago. That page says you're only just looking at support requests from 10 days ago. This is an unacceptable amount of time to investigate the fact that my license key has been redeemed by someone who is not me. I just want to access my @Minecraft
