@MojangSupport another person has already redeemed the code which I have for Windows 10 edition of @Minecraft and I have to wait 7 days to even hear back from support? Bit of a joke really.

Hi, I have done, yesterday but your page on when I can hear back says you're looking at emails from the 20th. I've never known customer support take 7 days before, especially in higher priority cases like this?
