@MojangSupport My Win10 MC code was redeemed by someone else online, and Microsoft support isn't willing to help. Mojang support initially said to go to "XBox." They say to bother you Mojang. Please help.

I already did. Last time I spoke with Mojang they sent me to MS. Hopefully this ticket gets through to someone.
