@MojangSupport Has Minecraft Realms just died since the 1.13 update? Our world won't load chunks and times users out. Things are pretty much unplayable since the update.

Having the same problem. Two VERY disappointed kids here. Sent an email but you are currently replying to emails sent on 7/15. Guess it will be a while before there's a fix. Hope I get refunded for the days we can't play.

I fixed the problem by downloading the world, opening it in single player, going to edit, and updating the world to the new format. Then uploaded it back to realms.
