@MojangSupport Hello, My son has an android tablet and bought some mine coins which he then used to buy a texture pack. A few hours later both the texture pack and the remaining minecoins disappeared. He doesn't have an box live account. How do we get them back?

That doesn't help. The advice there is contact google, google say contact you, how about a proper answer???
