@MojangSupport Hi, I have trouble with logging on my minecraft account. I forgot my password and after I tried at least 10 variations of the password, I decided to change it, but it didn't work as well. I then tried to change it again, but it still didn't work (limit reached)

VPN's are mostly activated by yourself, you can also contact your ISP to see if its from their service ^AH
