@MojangSupport hey I naught a realm on my switch and t took my minecoins but It’s like I don’t have one just says buy realm. Any ideas?

I was signed in on my Xbox account on the switch. But I bought the coins through the Nintendo e shop

Is there a number I can call it kinda sucks that my minecoins where taken from me and I don’t get to use my 180 days of realms with 2 friends
