Does the window for entering the login information appear? Are there any error messages? ^AH

No it doesn't appear once. I signed in my Microsoft account when I got Minecraft, then I went to do something and when I turned the game back on, I clicked sign in and nothing happens. It says connect and it doesn't connect. Also no error messages
