@MojangSupport hello! I am having problems accessing my skin pack on other platforms. I have purchased the Minecraft story mode skin pack on iOS but it has not transferred to other platforms like my other purchases have. Might there be something to do to fix this?

Does it appear in the store at all? Some packs might be restricted to certain devices due to license restrictions ^AH

Yes, it appears in the store but it’s asking me to purchase instead of letting me use it.
