@MojangSupport In my old smartphones I could get my worlds in minecraftworlds folder, but in this new smartphone she disappeared! My worlds are appearing in the game but they are not in any folder!What can I do?

You could also try changing the "File Storage Location" (under profile settings) and then relaunch the game. ^JH

I changed the storage location to the external and my worlds did not appear, however, when I created a new world it appeared in my worlds folder in internal storage. Glad I could do this, but my worlds I did before that did not show up. ;-;
