@MojangSupport In my old smartphones I could get my worlds in minecraftworlds folder, but in this new smartphone she disappeared! My worlds are appearing in the game but they are not in any folder!What can I do?

Hey @MojangSupport my minecraft skin is broken it only shows my head but does not load my body i unstalled it and reinstall and still does the same thing is there any way i can fix this?
