@MojangSupport. Hey the save file me and my cousins have been playing on was Corupted last night and it wont re sync from the cloud. Thats a year of progress gone

It may be related to a bug already reported (bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCPE-…). If so, follow the bug report for more progress. ^JH
