@MojangSupport Hey guys. I've tried to log in with a new account three times now, having reset the password twice, and I am still getting a bad credentials message. The system definitely recognizes my email address. What gives? And this is terrible place to have to get support.

Hi again. It's been three days. Could I get a little help now, please? Recap: created a new account. Cannot log in with newly created account. Can't purchase anything from you without being able to log in. Have reset the password several times. No luck.
