@MojangSupport Please help my two accounts that is getting the auth failed error when trying to log on to a server. The accounts is GUSTAVZA & HEINZEIS. I have tried changing the passwords and waiting for 24 hours.

This has been going on since last week Tuesday. I have followed the steps described in your forum but to no avail. Please let me know how I can log a support call to sort this issue.
