My account information is complete, I'm unable to connect to my realm or my boyfriend's realm. Stuck on Connecting screen. I closed, reopened, rebooted, and neither will connect. 26 Mbps up and down, 29 ms ping, 2 ms jitter. My connection isn't the problem.
