Hey Mojang, I have been submitting tickets for the past 4 days now to no avail so I have decided to contact you through this. I have been wanting to do an email migration since the email I currently use is disabled and now I can't change my password since I cant login to my email

i bot minecraft it said error and it took my money but i still cant download it and i did not get a transaction ID email. what should i do?

If you have not received an email from Mojang containing a Transaction ID, this means the order has failed and we are not able to refund incomplete orders. We recommend contacting your bank to have any pending authorizations resolved. I hope this helps! ^SA
