On Bedrock Edition, my chat never seems to be seen on the external servers by other players. Players are able to see my chat in my world or theirs; just not the servers. Can this issue be resolved?

my account got hacked 2 days ago and only recently gotten my own PC so my list of games are quite Bare, i was hoping to enjoy some time on Minecraft with my brother but unfortunately due to this incident i find myself constantly looking for answers, could i please get help? :(
