I can’t reactive my real when I click info it takes me to a page where it says buy but I when I buy it.. it makes a whole new realm and it don’t continue my realm that I was trying to reactivate I go to subscriptions etc and i don’t see “reactivate” help

I've been trying to join minecraft on my xbox and it the version that lets me play other people on PC, mobile, and console but sometimes as I'm trying to get onto the game it freezes and kicks me off
