Hey; I want to buy Minecraft but I dont know which version will fit better to me. If I buy Windows 10 at Mojang Website, can I download Minecraft in all my devices? PC and Android cellphone ?

You may use the Windows 10 version on different PCs, however, you will still need to purchase the game on other devices such as Android. The Bedrock version is crossplay compatible, too! Hope this helps! ^SP

I'm having trouble using Realms after recovering my account from years ago. I think I need to add a parent account or wait until next year to use Realms (I'm currently 15 now), is there any way to add a parent account so that I can actually update my account to use Realms?
