I wish @MojangSupport wasn't such trash >.> Got my OG account stolen, don't have a transaction ID from like 7 years ago, and because of that, I "can't prove that it's my account", regardless of screenshots and password info that I would have on said account to prove its mine.

I've been emailing someone on your support team named Cib. I've given him the whole rundown on how it's impossible for me to get my transaction ID, and he gave me some robotic response telling me that's the ONLY way to prove it's my account and then stopped replying to my emails.

I understand you guys are just doing your jobs, but this account means a lot to me. I've had it for YEARS and for someone to just steal it and then have your support team tell me that they wont help me without a transaction ID is pretty disappointing.
