The "Drowned" error typically means you’ve encountered an unknown error during sign-in. Please try fully closing Minecraft: Bedrock Edition, reset your device, and attempt to log in again. ^FF

Let's have you try removing the account that doesn't own a copy of Minecraft, which you should be able to do by clicking on the "..." button next to that account. If you're still having any issues logging in, please reach out to our Support team: msft.it/6015idXzR. ^FF

As long as you're signed into the same account that originally purchased Minecraft, you should be able to download it again on a new device. If you're running into any issues with this, you'll need to contact the Support team for the App Store on your mobile device. ^FF

This error may be due to an account mismatch. Try making sure that you are logged into the account that owns the game on the Minecraft Launcher, Microsoft Store, and Xbox App. If the issue persists, write to msft.it/6013idz7l so we can investigate further. -JL

Minecraft Support does not change Java profile names for players. Since the system is fully automated, there is no way to circumvent it for any reason nor can we discuss any details. -JL

Minecraft Support cannot assist in granting these capes to accounts. To clarify on the Vanilla Cape, both Minecraft: Java Edition and Minecraft for Windows would need to have been purchased to qualify. Bedrock Editions on other platforms did not apply for this promotion. -JL

Each platform must own its own copy to play the game. You will not be able to download a previously purchased version to a device that uses a different marketplace. Minecraft for Windows must be purchased independently, even though account data can be shared across platforms. -JL
