This may be due to the storage settings for Minecraft changing. Locate Settings on your device, navigate to Storage, from there switch between Application and External. If the issue continues please submit a ticket at msft.it/6012iw29o so that we can assist further -JL

You should be able to get it without rebuying! Open the App Store, tap the sign-in button/photo at the top of the screen, tap "Purchased", then "Not on this [device]." If you use Family Sharing, tap My Purchases or choose a family member to see content that they purchased -JL
