Hey there, one thing to check would be if you have an active PlayStation Plus subscription, as the Bedrock versions of Minecraft on consoles require a paid online subscription for online multiplayer and Realms. If you still can't access your Realm, then please let us know. ^FF

You should be able to change your username in the account settings, but you'll have to wait until the 30 day cooldown is up. ^BT

First, make sure that the game is updated to the new version, then try downloading again. If you still can't, try clearing the cache by going to Settings>Storage>Clear Marketplace Cache. That should fix the issue, but if not please submit a ticket at msft.it/6010iuc2M -JL
