Hello there. Minecraft Support does not change Java profile names for players. Since you are unable to continue playing on your previous Microsoft account, the only action we can recommend is to choose a new Java profile name. -AG

There are other reasons that can make it slow too. Could be that there's no player close enough to the chunk to load it, plot of land doesn't have water nearby, doesn't have enough light, some sort of corruption or a realm issue. If it's the last two, we can take a look. ^BT

It sounds like there may have been an issue with the update installation. I'd recommend starting with a reinstallation. Before doing so, be sure to back up any worlds you want to keep, as deleting the app deletes all worlds. msft.it/60199sYBP. -JL
