Check your spam/junk folders, and make sure your email filter/forwarding settings are not set up in a way that would prevent you from receiving any e-mails from noreply@mojang.com. If you're still not getting our emails, you'll need to reach out to your email provider. ^FF

If you're using WiFi, try switching to a hardwire connection if possible, and you may also need to double-check that your Microsoft account settings are set to allow for multiplayer access. For more info on that, you can check out msft.it/60179UIID. ^FF

Can you check for any browser extensions/addons that you have active and try turning them off, and see if you're able to log in then? You might also try clearing your cache/cookies, or try using another browser or device, if available. Let us know if this works! ^FF

We can't answer or open DMs. Also I understand your frustration, but we cannot provide a new copy of the game. If you need help with your acocunt, you'll need to continue working through it with Microsoft Support since we don't have access to theri accoutn management system. ^BT
