Are you using an email address or a Java profile name to sign in? If you still have a Legacy Minecraft account, you'd need to use your profile name instead of your email. If it's still not letting you sign in, however, then please send us a ticket: msft.it/60149nlH6. ^FF

Are you seeing demo mode in the launcher? If so, that generally means you're signing in with an account that doesn't own a copy of Minecraft. Try signing in with any other emails you may have used, and let us know if you're still running into any issues. ^FF

I'm not sure I understand, do you have a Mojang account? If not, then you don't have to worry about migrating your account. All Minecraft: Java Edition accounts created after December 2020 use a Microsoft account, so only accounts created prior to that date have to migrate. ^FF
