If possible, try switching to a hardwire connection instead of WiFi. You may also need to reboot your router, and make sure that there are no other users on your network downloading/uploading large files or streaming services as these tend to use up high amounts of bandwidth. ^FF

Try clicking the "Can't access your account?" link on the login page. If you still need help, click the "?" symbol next to "log in," navigate to JIRA Core Help, then go to Getting help -> View Topics -> Something isn't working -> "Raise a support request." ^FF
