The system is fully automated, so there is no way to circumvent it for any reason, nor can we discuss any details. We ask you to choose a different Java profile name. For more information, see our FAQ: msft.it/6017gxN9x. ^FF

Okay! We recommend continuing to work with Google Support until the installation issues have been resolved. If you end up experiencing any in-game issues after the game is able to install, please let us know, and we'll do what we can to help! 🙂 -AG

Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation Network account, you can't link a new Microsoft or PSN account to either. You'll need to recover access to the original Microsoft account by contacting msft.it/6015gxdWW. ^LK

To keep your information secure, please complete our request form at msft.it/6013gxjPd. Our Realms team will be able to investigate further! ^LK

That would be intentional. Realms have a maximum render distance to limit lag and performance issues. Even if your personal render distance is greater than that, it'll be reduced to that limit once you join a Realm. ^LK

Are you using WiFi or a hardwire connection on your Xbox? Try switching to hardwire if possible, and you may also need to try power cycling your modem or router. Let us know if you're still unable to access Realms! ^FF

I'd suggest checking out our FAQs on Realms Plus and Managing Data And Game Storage; there's more information there on transferring worlds to another device: msft.it/6011gxpoW & msft.it/6012gxpoo. ^FF

No, only the owner can download or transfer a world for a local world or a Realm. Your friend would need to locate the world file, give it to you, and you can transfer it to your Xbox. There is no process to download the world directly from your friend. ^LK

Gotcha! We've got an FAQ on how to access your files and transfer worlds at msft.it/6010gaFnK. They'll be able to access their files using that information. It's a bit trickier to upload the world to your Xbox, but there are instructions for that too. ^LK

Is your question if you can play on their world while they're offline? You could do that with a Realm, but that would require your friend to pay for a Realm subscription. Alternatively, you could ask them to transfer the world file to you so you can host it. ^LK

Hmm, we're not seeing any major outages on our side or in Xbox Live. Have you tried any troubleshooting so far, like restarting your console and your router? ^LK
