We aren't able to change your in-game worlds or your Bedrock achievements. Minecraft save data―which includes things like your worlds, inventory, dropped items, and skins―is stored locally and is not attached in any way to your account. ^LK

If the account was migrated, it'd need to be looked into by Microsoft Support since we don't have access to their account management system. They should be able to help you with any account issues you may have. ^BT
