Could I ask what happens when you restart the launcher and try and update? Do you get any error messages, or does it just re-open the launcher without updating? ^LK
Just to confirm, the email field "Your Email Address" in the form asks you for an email that you have access to. Can you double check that you're using your current email address in that field? It doesn't need to be the email on your account. ^LK
